Started working on this when I was on paternity leave thinking I would be able to finish it (and do a bunch of other stuff) before I went back to work. But a newborn and a four-year-old had other plans, haha. Sometimes I think I can only be content if I'm doing a lot of things or accomplishing tasks or completing a bunch of projects. Working hard is important, but sometimes it is equally as important to just be still. To be present in the moment, not dwelling on the past or anticipating the future. It's not always easy, but when we can let go of all the ideas, agendas, and thoughts we have swirling around in our head and just be still, it can give us rest and be a real blessing.
